Attorney Garosshen joined the firm as an associate after clerking for the Honorable F. Herbert Gruendel of the Connecticut Appellate Court. At the University of Connecticut School of Law, he won the 2013 William H. Hastie Moot Court Competition, served as 2014-2015 Intramural Director of the Connecticut Moot Court Board, and finished in the Quarterfinals of the 2015 Northeast Regional for the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He also received CALI Awards for Excellence in Moot Court, Constitutional Law, Federal Courts, and Principles of Insurance.


Attorney Garosshen represents clients in civil, family, juvenile (including termination of parental rights), and criminal appeals before the Connecticut appellate courts. He also handles civil litigation in Connecticut’s state and federal trial courts.


Attorney Garosshen recently authored “The Development of the Right to Remain Silent,” with Attorney Brendon Levesque, which was published in the Journal of the Connecticut Supreme Court Historical Society, Volume IX.
