General Rules: Week 2

  1. PROTECT CONFIDENCES. Once client confidentiality attaches, it does not go away. Protect it during the case and after. Don’t use your client’s private information for any purpose other than what is was intended for. That’s all there is to that. If there is a question as to whether information is protected, ask the court.
