Client specific rules: Week 10

  1. SEND A CLOSING LETTER. When the case is done, formalize it by sending a closing letter, including information such as what will be done with the file (keep it for seven years). If the case is not done, but your representation is, include what the client needs to know to be protected going forward. Keep the closing letter in the file.
